DESCRIPTION:Dear Fellow Emmaus Rotarians\, Once again we have been asked to
  have a presence at the Lower Macungie Township Community Day which will b
 e held Tuesday\, 6th May - open to the public from 4 pm to 8 pm.  A few o
 f us  will start setting up about 1 pm OUTSIDE and we are looking for hel
 p from 3 pm onwards. We only have a parking pass for those helping with un
 loading\, otherwise parking is in the lower complex\, entrance at Brooksid
 e Road with the use of the shuttle service to return to the Community Cent
 er.   We will set up the Rotary tent\, please look for us outside (we wi
 ll still be outside if it RAINS - under the tent!). Please dress appropria
 tely.  We plan to have a billboard with our upcoming event of Saturday\, 
 31st May displayed and would like our members to talk about it.  We will 
 have a flyer with our latest events listed.  The thought this year was to
  bring one simple "Hook the Ducks" game for the kids and adults and have l
 ollipops to give out as prizes.   Please bring money or cards for the ma
 ny food trucks that will be at the event. I will have a few chairs\, but b
 ring your favorite chair if you need to.  We need help in breaking down o
 ur display and loading the car at around approx. 8 pm. Please let me know 
 your approx. time arriving and helping and how long you can stay reply her
