Dear Wonderful Rotarians - I hope you can help? We have been asked, once again, to help at the Wheels of Time event over the weekend, Friday 28th August to Sunday 30th August at the Macungie Memorial Park. We have been Manning the Breakfast Hut at the Schaffer/Wendling Pavilion. This is a great 3 day vintage car show, and if you volunteer you do get in the park free for that day - with a volunteer badge. There's also fabulous vendors at the park so bring some money with you. Parking is free and instructions will be given where to park.
I'm looking for 4 volunteers for each shift. This is a fun event working together as Rotarians, serving breakfast sandwiches and coffee to the public.

Friday 28th - 7.30 AM - 11.00 AM - 1. Taking orders and money 2. Serving orders 3. Cooking eggs, bacon, cheese rolls 4. Helping the Cook! Help is needed for the lunch shift Friday only.
Friday 28th - 11.00 AM - 2.00 PM - Lunch will be warming Burgers, Hot Dogs and service from cooked Crockpot food. - 4 Volunteers needed
Saturday 29th - 7.30 AM - 11.00 AM - 1. Taking orders and money 2. Serving orders 3. Cooking eggs, bacon, cheese rolls 4. Helping the Cook!
