On Thursday, August 1, 2019, three members of the Emmaus High School Interact Club came to our breakfast meeting at Brookside Country Club to express their thanks.
Finnair Nichodilain, the Interact President for the school year 2019-220, spoke about her time as a camper at Camp Neidig this Spring. She admitted being nervous for the first few minutes and then she started meeting other Interactors and making friends as the activities began.
Max Hafner, who has competed in the annual 4-Way Test Speech contest for three years, is one of the four EHS students who received a $1,000 scholarship from ERC. He has been a successful debate team member and is looking forward to going to Cornell.
Darci Ott also thanked ERC for her scholarship. She recently received a Freddy Award for her work in stage production. Ott will be going to Elizabethtown this Fall to study microbiology. She said her personal goal is to spread joy each day.
