Greetings everyone!

Well, here we go! It’s Festival week!  And it is looking to be an awesome day. Valerie said we already have over 5000 people aware of the event on Face Book. The committee had their final meeting last week and logistically things are looking good, and even Mother Nature seems to like us.

We still need volunteers, so PLEASE if you have not set up your volunteer time slot please do so today. We need every member of this Club to give “Service Above Self” on the 31 st . Email Cindy or myself with the time you can work that day. We need at least 30 people and right now we only have about 22. I understand if you are traveling, working or physically unable to help. There will be next year.

May is Rotary’s Youth Service Month. Let’s think of ways we can “engage” more of our talented young folks to “engage” with Rotary to do good around the world. One of the best ways is to encourage them to get involved in Interact and as our Seniors are soon departing off to college, to check out Rotaract.

See ya Thursday!

The Prez.
