EMMAUS FLAG DAY CELEBRATION

Emmaus Flag Day Celebration 2025

June 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM.

Emmaus residents, friends, local veterans, scout troops, and area dignitaries are

invited to gather on Saturday, June 14th at 2:00 PM for the annual Flag Day Program.

The Emmaus Rotary sponsors the event held at Community Park in the Arts Pavilion.

East Penn area students in 5th and 8th grade will read their winning poetry and essays

about WHAT THE AMERICAN FLAG MEANS TO ME.

Our guest speaker for the program is David Binder, a two-tour combat Navy veteran of

the Vietnam War. Petty Officer Second Class Binder’s service earned medals for Navy/

Marine combat Action, including National Defense Service,Vietnam Service Medal with

three Bronze campaign stars, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, Republic of Vietnam Naval

Service, to name a few.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 14th at 2:00 PM. Refreshments will be served
