Lower Macungie Township Community Day

Dear Fellow Emmaus Rotarians,

Once again we have been asked to have a presence at the Lower Macungie Township Community Day which will be held Tuesday, 6th May - open to the public from 4 pm to 8 pm.  A few of us  will start setting up about 1 pm OUTSIDE and we are looking for help from 3 pm onwards. We only have a parking pass for those helping with unloading, otherwise parking is in the lower complex, entrance at Brookside Road with the use of the shuttle service to return to the Community Center.

We will set up the Rotary tent, please look for us outside (we will still be outside if it RAINS - under the tent!). Please dress appropriately.  We plan to have a billboard with our upcoming event of Saturday, 31st May displayed and would like our members to talk about it.  We will have a flyer with our latest events listed.  The thought this year was to bring one simple "Hook the Ducks" game for the kids and adults and have lollipops to give out as prizes.

Please bring money or cards for the many food trucks that will be at the event. I will have a few chairs, but bring your favorite chair if you need to.

We need help in breaking down our display and loading the car at around approx. 8 pm.

Please let me know your approx. time arriving and helping and how long you can stay reply here and here's my cell number for any questions 484-560-1711.

I HOPE TO SEE YOU AT THIS FUN EVENT.
