Community Day 2027 ARTISANS/Vendor Rules/Regulations/Terms and Conditions
Please read our rules carefully. This show will enforce booth and displays to create an attractive environment.
All items must be American made.
- Craftsmen must refrain from smoking, eating or drinking, and using cell phone for non-business purposes while at your stand. This detracts from the visual impression.
- Artisans/Vendors may use their own tables and displays of a commercial grade tent. Each space will be 10x10. We recommend weights, stakes, and tiedowns—in case of wind/rain.
- Set up will begin 9 am. Check in will be at the Entrance to Emmaus Community park and each vendor will be directed to a parking area and assigned a booth number. You will receive any further information at check in.
- No free standing board signage outside of your space area. You may not display items or put anything in front of or outside the back of your tent.
- Please display your booth name and number sign clearly.
- Each Artist/Vendors will leave their site in the same condition as when they first arrived. Place all trash in trash bins provided in leaving the grounds.
- Artisans/Vendors may not have pets on the festival grounds
- Open flames are not permitted on the grounds.
- REFUND POLICY. We will notify you of your acceptance and receipt of payment. We will not issue refunds for any reason after acceptance letters have been sent.
