We’re excited to announce the First Annual Emmaus Rotary Summer Festival happening on May 31, 2025 at Emmaus Community Park. This brand-new event promises to attract families, friends, and neighbors from across the East Penn Area for a day of fun, food, and community connection- and we’d love for you to be part of it!
We’re offering FOOD TRUCK VENDORS an opportunity to secure a space for just $100 for a 10x10 space FOR EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION.. The event is rain or shine and outdoors.
( no electricity available) . Even better, if you join us this year, you’ll lock in this discounted rate of $100 for next year’s festival too! REGISTER NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 1, 2025 FOR EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Vendors will be accepted on a first come- first served basis taking into consideration we aim to offer a wide variety of food options for attendees. Food trucks will be assigned spaces.
- Vendors are responsible for supplying their own equipment and power. There are no electrical outlets. Prices of all menu items must be clearly marked and in full view of the customers.
- Vendors are responsible for taking all of their own payments.
- All vendors must be paid in advance .
- Vendors must maintain liability insurance and submit a copy of current policy information with payment and state food license with this application.
- All Federal, state and local laws must be adhered to including Health Department regulations. Vendors are not allowed to bring pets to the event
- Generators are allowed with placement appropriate for noise level. All trucks must be appropriately secured in the event of shifting weather.
- Each Vendor is responsible for keeping their site clean and leaving their site clean.

WORKERS COMPENSATION
Vendor maintains Workers compensation insurance as required to the provisions of Pennsylvania Workers Compensation Laws.
CERTIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS /INSURANCE CLAUSE
Vendor warrants that it is and will be at all times during said event in full compliance with all applicable laws regulations and ordinances Vendor, his successor’s heirs, assigns, executors and administrators shall defend and hold harmless the Emmaus Rotary and Emmaus Borough from claims and liability, contingent and otherwise for injury to or death of any person or damage to real or personal property arising in or by reasons of or in connection with the vendor’s negligence, whether sole or jointly and vendor shall pay all judgements, interest, costs, legal and other expenses arising out of or in connection herewith. Unless Otherwise agreed in writing by the Emmaus Rotary or Emmaus borough vendor shall furnish the Emmaus Rotary with a comprehensive policy for public liability insurance insuring the Emmaus Rotary and its agents, officers and employees against claims of liability, contingent and otherwise for injury, death, damage or by reason of or in connection with the vendor’s negligence to defend against all such claims, demands, action or legal proceedings and to pay all costs arising out of or in connection therewith. The limits of liability of such policy shall not be less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limits for bodily injury and/or damage.
