State of the World Presentation

For many years, our own Roger Whitcomb has provided an annual "state of the world" presentation to the ERC in which he outlines the major challenges facing humankind going forward.   Dr. Whitcomb's remarks are always non-partisan in nature reflecting his many years as an higher education academic and professional historian/political scientist.
