A big thanks to so many of you coming to last week’s meeting and all of you on Zoom. That made my morning, and everyone saving busing their table until after the speaker had spoken. Let’s keep that ball rolling!
Remember next week starts our $20.00 breakfasts but remember money for the Foundation that you have been nicely giving to Bill Erdman. Speaking of Bill, it was quite an honor to see him receive his second level Major Donor pin. This pin recognizes Bill’s many years commitment to help Rotary’s mission locally and internationally by donating $25,000 over time. Knowing that this money comes back to us as $50,000.00 is a testament to the Rotary Foundation. Please remember to give only what you can.
Our multi-District conference this past weekend was a huge success and I had a blast talking to other Rotarians from Central and Eastern Pa. Attending a district conference and international conference are good items to add to your bucket list.
I did mention to Giuseppe this morning that burnt bacon is not acceptable.
See ya next Thursday!
The Prez.
P.S. Please remember that Rotary is a politics free zone. While I realize the media is pounding us with negative news lately, Rotary is a place where we can take a rest from all of this.
Happy April Birthday!
